Frank’s Bake Shop & Custom Catering has been a beloved Bangor institution since 1945. Founded by Ferdinand “Frank” and Mary Soucy and their two sons Joseph “Joe” and Frank Jr. the shop began as a small, family-run bakery built on hard work, homemade recipes, and a deep commitment to community.
Now, over 80 years later, Frank’s remains proudly family-owned and operated, continuing the Soucy legacy of quality, hospitality, and tradition. What started as a neighborhood bake shop has grown into a full-service café, Deli and catering business, known for everything from scratch-made pastries and breads to hearty breakfasts, satisfying lunches, and custom cakes for every occasion.
